John F. Hornick, MD

Dr Hornick, Board Certified in Family Practice, joined Gateway Medical Myers, Squire and Limpert in August 2010. A veteran of the United States Navy and an honored graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Dr. Hornick earned his medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in 2007. Dr. Hornick completed the Lancaster General Family Medicine Residency Program in July 2010.
Dr Hornick is married and currently resides in West Chester, PA.
