2x2boxDr. Nicholas received her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine in 1993 and completed her residency at the Williamsport Hospital and Medical Center Family Medicine Residency Program in 1996. Dr. Nicholas joined the faculty of the residency program after graduation and practiced the full-scope of Family Medicine, including obstetrics, nursing home and home visit care.

During her 12 years in practice in Williamsport Dr. Nicholas served as the Susquehanna Health’s Chief Medical Information Officer, responsible for the clinical Information Technology that was used by clinicians.

In January 2008, Dr. Nicholas began employment at Siemens where her role is to assist physicians and hospitals in healthcare IT adoption and joined Dr. John Khalifa in practice part-time in May, 2008.

Dr. Nicholas enjoys all aspects of primary care and enjoys the relationship with her patients most of all. She has a special interest in Women’s Health, preventive health for children and adults, and using Information Technology in the care of patients.

Dr. Nicholas is board certified in Family Medicine and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
