Patient Service Representative (Full-Time Floater Position)
Our multi-specialty physician group, with locations throughout Chester & Delaware County PA, has a variety of Full-Time openings for different positions within our organization. We are currently recruiting Patient Service Representatives for our Front Desk positions. We currently utilize a fully integrated Electronic Medical Record system and offer a friendly environment along with an excellent benefits package.
Flexibility to work a changing shift schedule is required for all Clerical positions and the ability to fill in at different Gateway Medical Practices as needed for vacations, call-outs, etc is important. Hours are Monday – Friday and would not include holidays or weekends. Clerical experience is a must and at least six months previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred, but not required. Excellent customer service / patient skills are required, data entry skills and attention to detail are a must, and the ability to multi-task is very important.
